I’m unhappy with my current property manager. Can you look after the “divorce”?

When can I view a property?
With our viewing platform, we provide an automatic booking system which allows any enquiring tenant to book a time into our calendars without needing to make direct contact. We still welcome all phone calls and messages with open arms and will get back to you on the same business day.
How long does it take for an application to be approved?
We present all applications to our landlords instantaneously. We understand the importance of communication during this period which can generally be nerve-wracking for some, and we do everything we can to make sure it’s as transparent and quick as possible for all parties. Once the landlord approves your application and all background references are cleared, we will get in touch straight away to confirm your tenancy and schedule your move in.
I have a maintenance request on the property I’m renting. How can I get in touch?
When you sign with us as a tenant, you will be provided with your own platform to request the repair of any maintenance issues you may have. If it’s an emergency, please contact the emergency number you were provided during your tenant-induction process. Again, you are always welcome to call us and discuss any issues you may have occurring at your property.
My lease is ending soon. How do I discuss the renewal?
Our team will be in touch with you 3 months prior to your lease finish to discuss your future plans. Whether that’s to renew or leave your lease, we will make the process as quick, easy and transparent as possible to ensure no stone remains unturned.
